The Young Dentist started as a podcast in March 2025, asking industry leaders the questions young, graduated dentists and students actually wanted answers. Twenty-nine episodes, three seasons and one seven-city tour later, it's grown into a platform: a newsletter, a newsroom, masterclasses, and events that have reached over 750 young professionals across the UK.
Despite the name, we're not just for young dentists. We're for every dental professional, young or old, regardless of their role in the dental team, who wants more from their career, but doesn't know where to begin.
